2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to open an account on jay9 and use any of its services. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed at any time without notice, and any associated funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may create only one jay9 account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all of them will be closed and no bonuses or winnings will be paid out.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided when opening an account — name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details — must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or closed.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jay9 may request identity documents, proof of address, or other documents at any time. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified period, the withdrawal process will remain on hold.

It is your sole responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. jay9 will not be held responsible for any loss arising from sharing this information with another person.

If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately. If you fail to report suspicious activity, you will bear responsibility for any resulting loss.

4.1 Accepted Methods

The accepted mobile banking methods for both deposits and withdrawals on jay9 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions through any other method are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit for each method is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳800. Transaction requests below these limits will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. If a verification process is ongoing, it may take somewhat longer.

4.4 Source of Funds

Users must confirm that the funds deposited belong to them and come from a legitimate source. If a suspicious transaction is identified, jay9 reserves the right to investigate and may temporarily suspend the account if necessary.

4.5 Transaction Errors

If an incorrect amount or a duplicate credit occurs for any reason, jay9 reserves the right to correct that excess amount. If a user withdraws funds received due to such an error, they will be obligated to return them.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New account holders on jay9 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳1,000 bonus gives a balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

jay9 runs several offers including a weekly reload gift, slot festival bonus, cricket special reward, birthday offer, and a refer-a-friend programme. Each promotion has its own wagering conditions and validity period — please read them carefully before claiming.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Misuse of bonus benefits — such as claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts, attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets, or any form of collusion — will result in the bonus and related winnings being forfeited and the account may be closed.

5.4 VIP Cashback

The jay9 VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier provides cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses. Cashback is also subject to wagering conditions.

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If a technical issue occurs or incorrect odds are displayed, jay9 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake.

6.2 Odds Changes

Odds may change up until the start of an event. The odds in effect at the moment a bet is placed will be considered final for that bet.

6.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the stake for the related bet will generally be returned. In the case of a multi-bet, the cancelled selection will be counted at odds of 1.00.

6.4 Game Errors

If a technical fault in a casino or slot game causes an incorrect result to be displayed, that round will be considered void and the stake will be returned. Winnings resulting from an error cannot be withdrawn.

6.5 Responsible Gaming Tools

Involvement in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited:

• Operating an account in the name of or on behalf of a minor.
• Creating and operating multiple accounts by the same person or group.
• Placing artificial bets or betting against other accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonus benefits.
• Attempting to exploit weaknesses in the platform's software, algorithms, or random number generator.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or any other such device.
• Defrauding or harassing other users.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Falsely representing oneself as an employee or representative of jay9.

If any of the above activities are identified, the account will be permanently closed, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and the relevant authorities will be informed if necessary.

The jay9 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We aim to provide uninterrupted service, but it may be temporarily affected due to technical issues, maintenance, or external factors.

Gambling and betting activities carry the risk of financial loss. jay9 will not be held liable for any loss arising from bets placed or games played at the user's own discretion.

jay9 will not be responsible for any failed transaction caused by third-party network issues, mobile operator disruptions, or faults with the user's device.

9.1 At jay9's Initiative

jay9 may suspend or close any account without prior notice if these Terms are violated, suspicious activity is identified, or if required for security purposes.

9.2 At the User's Initiative

Any user who wishes to close their account may notify the support team. Sufficient time will be given to complete any pending withdrawals before the account is closed.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or activity for an extended period, the account may be marked as inactive. The relevant user will be notified by email regarding the balance of an inactive account.

If there is a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, a payment, or any account-related matter, the jay9 support team must be informed in detail within 30 days of the incident. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.

The first step in resolving a dispute is to contact the support team directly via live chat or email. jay9 will aim to provide an initial response within 72 hours.

If the matter cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties may, by mutual agreement, appoint an independent mediator.

jay9 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be published to the registered email address or on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be taken as acceptance of the new terms. If you object to the new terms, the option to close your account remains open at all times.
